I would highly recommend Roman! He was very professional and truly listened to all of my concerns. He focused intently on my neck and back, which were my main issues, and the session was exactly what I needed. I honestly don’t like massages. I was given a gift card and was experiencing much chronic pain the day I went. I booked an appointment within minutes for the same day and was taken care of on time. I was taken a back at how welcoming and friendly the receptionist was. It was sincere and not performative. She was answering the phone, taking care of customers, and paying attention to me all at the same time and I was very impressed by how intentional she was about connecting with everyone including her team. I was booked with Tracy and the moment I went back, Tracy made me feel nothing but comfortable, safe, heard, respected, cared for, and also honored in terms of my needs. She checked in with me just the right amount of times and not constantly being overbearing. She asked me what name I prefer to go by which I recognized is very important to everyone, she confirmed what areas I needed support with and made extra strides to make me feel comfortable throughout the service, offering me a boost to help elevate my foot which was giving me problems. You could tell she knew what she was doing, but that she also listened and was very aware of what my body needed. I ended up falling asleep at times because of how calm and comfortable I felt. I have scars on my body and Tracy made no remarks about them and literally got to all pain points and truly took care of me. I would encourage anyone to book with Tracy especially if you want a full zen calm spirited and relaxing massage with someone who not only cares about what she does & is knowledgable, but you can tell she takes that extra step to truly connect with each customer.
